About My Clients
If you are struggling, if things feel difficult, or wrong, or you desire change, I am here to help. That is why my practice is dedicated to people who are willing to work on themselves, or at the very least to authentically explore the process of therapy, and what it can do to help them. My Background and Approach
I have a bachelors degree in psychology, and am currently working on my masters degree in marriage and family therapy. I am currently being trained in process therapy, which incorporates emotional introspection, parts work, creative expression, and metaphorical exploration in order to help clients find peace with their body, mind, and soul, and in doing so, help solve their presenting problems.
