My Background and Approach
My Background is heavily diverse, from working with individuals with special needs, Inpatient psychiatric treatment, tobacco cessation to working in mental toughness with pro athletes. My focus includes anxiety, depression management to include paternal postnatal depression (PPND), and personal growth. His preferred modalities are Virtual Reality Therapy (VRT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT), and Mindfulness.
