My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believes that everyone deserves to access a counselor who really listens and makes an effort to understand. I also believe that I deserve to live a comfortable life while I'm helping people. Therefore, I offer a limited number of sliding scale spots for clients who need help paying for therapy. I became a counselor because of my personal experiences with PTSD and depression. I struggled through many bad therapy experiences before I found what worked for me. My aim is to help you avoid some of those negative things. But I'm not the best fit for everyone. I encourage people to start with a complimentary consultation so that we can test out whether I'm a good fit for you. Personally, I believe that Black lives matter, love is love, and science is real. I enjoy playing video games, especially World of Warcraft, and I am also a fan of both Star Trek and Star Wars. I also love cats, and my two cats will probably show up during our sessions.
