About My Clients
You may be experiencing anxiety, intrusive thoughts, or physical health concerns that have become difficult to manage. If you have an anxious and fearful child, you may not be sure how to help. They may resist going to school, sleeping alone, or face other challenges. There are therapies that you can use to overcome these difficulties and live a life that is meaningful to you.
My Background and Approach
My therapeutic style incorporates evidence-based approaches including Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions (SPACE), Exposure and Response prevention, mindfulness-based therapies and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT). My goal is to help you identify the changes you’d like to make and remove barriers to your happiness. With the right trust and support, it becomes easier when someone is fully invested in your journey.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My style is caring and supportive with moments of humor. The therapeutic space should feel safe and non-judgmental. Clients often describe me as warm, sincere, and curious. Though some problems feel impossible to fix, I promise that there is hope in even the most difficult situations. Please don’t hesitate to schedule a complimentary phone consultation with me today.
