Helping clients find their way is a journey for me. I help children, teenagers, and adults work through anxiety, depression, ADHD, ODD, and many others. A diagnosis can be scary and I am here to help you work through that fear and enjoy life without maladaptive issues.

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 9 years of experience within a variety of therapeutic environments. My experience enables me to offer effective individualized mental health care. I treat a number of mental health disorders and provide a neutral ground in helping you get better together
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that learning to appreciate where you are in your journey is a big step in getting to where you want to be. We learn something new everyday even through our journey with therapy. I believe that we can grow stronger by helping ourselves and by letting others help you. Therapy can be made to fit your need whether it is by introducing sports, taking a walk in the park, talking, drawing, meditation and so much more. What do you think would be comfortable for you?
