It takes courage to reach out to others, especially when you’re not sure where to turn. This can be especially true if in the past, it's felt unsafe to be your authentic self. That’s why it’s a priority for me to help you feel welcomed and safe from the start of our journey together. I want to help you through the challenges you face. I will work to get to know you, your relationship(s), or your family in order to help you reach your goals.
My Background and Approach
Because every person is one-of-a-kind, I modify my therapy style to suit your specific needs, focusing on addressing your concerns in whatever way is most appropriate for you. I aim to make sure that you feel heard and understood, and that you are treated with the dignity and respect that you deserve. I look forward to meeting you. At this time, I am only available for telehealth (online) appointments. If I am not in network with your health insurance, I would be happy to provide a superbill for any clients seeking possible insurance reimbursement.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Everyone is unique, and I believe that valuing and promoting a person’s individuality is key in long-term success and growth. I focus on intersectionality, honoring who you are in my therapeutic process. I specialize in providing LGBTQ+ affirming therapy, as well as compassionate care for members the transgender or gender nonconforming community.
