About My Clients
Does the fear of change stop you from accepting new opportunities? Are you constantly experiencing excessive worry that's hard to control? Do you get embarrassed being around others or having to give a presentation? Do you have difficulty setting boundaries with family, friends, and co-workers? Has burnout kept you from performing your best at work? If you are experiencing these scenarios, let's talk about it! I can help you find the right tools to work through these challenges.
My Background and Approach
Rapport building is the catalyst for forming a therapeutic relationship. Connecting with the client on a level of acceptance has been my way of establishing a brave and safe space. I believe wholeheartedly the client has to put in the work to get the most of out of therapy. I do give assignments such as journal writing, monitoring thoughts and behaviors, coping strategies and requests client to self-report at next session. I also do check-in's at the end of session to find out what has worked and not worked in the session. It helps me to better serve the client.
