I believe in a person-centered approach to therapy, where your unique story is at the forefront. My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space for you to express your thoughts and emotions freely. I integrate a variety of therapeutic techniques tailored to your needs, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and EMDR Therapy. I am a certified EMDR Therapist. I have been trained to integrate faith into therapeutic services. I have extensive training and experience working with traumatic life events.

I desire to help parents gain the tools they need to succeed. I strive to empower individuals and to be a catalyst for the change they want to see in themselves.
