About My Clients

I am here to help you work through these concerns and support you to have a better understanding of yourself.
My Background and Approach
Growing up, I have always felt like I didn't quite fit in. I identified with the fringe culture and was drawn to music as a form of escape. I incorporate my experience living within a subculture to foster an inclusive environment. I am opened minded and nonjudgemental. I bring all of this, plus years of training and experience working with folks who struggle with anxiety, social phobia, depression, and reoccurring patterns of behaviors that have not served them. Doing the same thing over and over and not getting what you want in life. I draw from CBT, DBT, and Schema therapies to help support the individual get the life they desire.
