About My Clients
Have your been struggling in your relationship? Are you a late discovered neurodivergent? I am here to support you in your journey towards self understanding and healing. My areas of focus include neurodivergent specific concerns, including neurodivergent burnout, relationship concerns, LGBTQIA+, and trauma. I welcome clients of all backgrounds, orientations, gender expressions, and relationship styles, including those in non-traditional relationships. I am sex-positive and kink affirming.
My Background and Approach
One of my core values is being my authentic self, no matter where I go, including the therapy room. I keep it real. You will not find me sitting back just nodding my head and writing. I am engaged and present with you in the process. I'll also promote an environment for your to practice being your authentic self.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As a queer and neurodivergent person myself, I want to be a safe haven for others in the LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent communities. As a human, you have inherent value and worth in this world. When you step into my physical or virtual therapy office you can expect to feel accepted and valued.
