I specialize in working with anxious high achievers in their 20s and 30s who are tired of feeling burnt out and overthinking everything. On the outside, you seem calm and put together, but internally you're exhausted. You might hold yourself to high standards, struggle to slow down, or feel like you’re never doing enough. If people-pleasing, perfectionism, or self-doubt show up, therapy can help you feel more grounded, confident, and like yourself again.
My Background and Approach
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in anxiety, people pleasing, perfectionism, and burnout. I use a blend of DBT and self-compassion skills to help you better understand your thoughts, emotions, and patterns. Therapy with me is collaborative and down-to-earth. I’ll meet you where you are while also helping you move toward where you want to be. Clients often leave sessions feeling more grounded, clearer in their decisions, and more confident showing up as themselves.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I became a therapist because I believe everyone deserves a space where they can just be themselves. I value authenticity, self-compassion, and learning how to slow down in a world that constantly tells us to do more. As someone who understands anxiety firsthand, I’m passionate about helping you learn the tools to feel less overwhelmed and more like yourself again. Outside of work, I love spending time with my dog, being with family and friends, watching TV, getting outside, or cooking.
