I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida with an action oriented approach to therapy services that combines different therapeutic techniques, tools, and approaches to best fit your needs to promote personal growth. I assist by helping empower you to remove the obstacles from life that are preventing your true potential. There is no one like you and your therapy should be tailored to your needs. I help you feel seen and heard. I help you find the words without demeaning and help you learn how to surround yourself with people you vibe with and get you. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Seeking therapy does not mean that you must be in crisis. So many individuals feel that they are not “sick enough” or your problems aren’t “severe enough” to seek treatment. Treatment is about being able to work through areas of your life that you might be getting stuck in and learning different tactics to address not waiting for the other shoe to drop to wait to get the help you need. As a therapist I provide clients with different things in therapy including psycho education, feedback, validation, skill development, practice with skills, and accountability. These interventions are important to your change process and working towards increasing your worth and managing your situations differently.
