About My Clients
Lending my experience to help you reach your goals together, we'll collaborate, reflect, & celebrate you, your goals, and your growth. In a collaborative and individualized atmosphere, we will work together to help you achieve the changes you seek. I am eager to help you reach your goals and offers services to those in need of support and guidance, with my strengths residing in depression, addiction, trauma, and the dually diagnosed populations.
My Background and Approach
I believe that each of us are the narrators of our lives & as such I strive to hold space for your voice. The tools that I'll provide you with are tools that I have been perfecting over my career helping people just like you. I have dozens of them. My goal for you is to have at least five different tools and techniques that you can carry with you at all times. So no matter where you go, you'll always have access to discreet exercises that can quickly create relief. I am direct and solution focused, and have received additional training in EMDR and CBT interventions. We'll work collaboratively to address the issues that are bothering you right now. Since 2016, my practice has been focused on helping people get to where they want to be.
