About My Clients
I work with people who are navigating transitions, identity, relationships, grief, stress, and the desire for a more authentic life. My clients are thoughtful, resilient, and sometimes tired of carrying things alone. Together, we create space for honesty, curiosity, and emotional safety - a place to untangle patterns, heal what hurts, and grow into what feels most true for you.
My Background and Approach
My background blends clinical training with a wide range of life experiences, which allows me to meet clients with curiosity, depth, and respect for their whole story. I work from a person-centered foundation, integrating evidence-based approaches such as CBT, ACT, and IFS. I believe that symptoms make sense when we understand the environments and histories that shaped them. Together, we’ll explore what feels heavy, confusing, or stuck, while also noticing what is resilient, wise, and emerging. My role is to offer support, tools, and perspective while honoring your pace and voice. Therapy with me is collaborative, warm, and grounded in your lived experience - a space where healing and change unfold naturally as we learn to listen to your inner clarity and needs.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I see people as whole, capable, and already in motion toward their own healing. I don’t think we’re broken - I think we adapt to survive, and sometimes those old strategies outlive their usefulness. Change becomes possible when we slow down, listen inward, and let compassion lead. I believe growth is not about becoming someone new, but remembering who you’ve always been beneath the noise. I care deeply about autonomy, dignity, and identity; your voice matters in this work. I’m queer-affirming, neurodiversity-affirming, trauma-aware, and actively committed to anti-oppressive practice. I also believe in humor, softness, and real conversation. Therapy doesn’t have to be stiff to be meaningful. Here, you get to bring your full humanity - the messy, the brave, the tender, the clever. We’ll move at a pace that respects your nervous system, your story, and your readiness.
