About My Clients
My ideal client is you. You are on a journey of self-discovery and healing that has led you to this site and my profile. You are courageous, brave, and determined to make meaning in your life. You are tired of hurting. You are looking for someone to accompany you on this journey who understands what it’s like to be in your shoes and honors that knowledge with empathy and respect. It would be a privilege to be that person.
My Background and Approach
I am licensed in Marriage and Family Therapy and see individuals, family groups, and couples. I have special connections with older teens, twenty-somethings, those experiencing life transitions, grief, terminal illness, caregiving, and those coping with chronic pain. I also enjoy working with people dealing with complex PTSD and neurodivergent issues. I use an integrative approach in my therapy sessions. This approach can include client-centered, family systems, narrative, and are all modalities I frequently use.

I am an LGBTQ+ ally and seek to provide a safe and nurturing therapeutic environment for everyone.
