About My Clients
Have you ever been afraid an anxiety attack will happen when you least expect it? Feel uncomfortable in social situation because you're afraid your anxiety will kick in? Have you noticed you are isolating yourself and feeling down? Have you been experiencing negative thinking? I don't want you to have to go through these issues alone. Together I can help you take back your life by teaching you tools you can use in your everyday life.
My Background and Approach
My goal for you is to learn different techniques and tools that you will be able to have with you forever. I use a client-centered approach where I allow you to take charge of your sessions and will help guide you through difficult times and offer support. Through my training, I have worked in many different settings from working in a prison to a school as well as in private practice. These diverse experiences gave me tools that I can use to better help you. We will discuss different thoughts you are having that may cause anxiety or depression and work on taking back your thoughts.
