I have specializations in trauma and sexuality, and I use an eclectic, holistic framework where my therapeutic style will adjust to meet your needs. My goal is for you to feel valued, heard, and respected, which means using the evidence-based tools that would most benefit you. My most valued therapeutic tool? Humor - because therapy doesn't have to be dull!
My Background and Approach
I have been fortunate to have a wide range of experiences. My internship was actually inside one of the toughest prisons in the country (It was on TV for years, ask me about it.) and I worked with sex offenders and violent peoples. Next, I worked in Center City Philadelphia with the homeless and indigent for several years. Then, I worked with higher income individuals through a number of online services. All in all, my focus has been sexuality, interpersonal skills, and trauma. Though I have a very eclectic approach that is focused on conversational therapy where you become more comfortable.
