About My Clients

I enjoy working with ages 6+. My specialty areas include anxiety, psychosis, OCD, ADHD, tics and perinatal mental health concerns. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Comprehensive Behavioral Intervention for Tics (CBIT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Psychosis (CBTp). I am also certified in perinatal mental health disorders (PMH-C).

My Background and Approach

I completed my undergraduate degree in Psychology at the University of Minnesota - Twin Cities and my Master's and Doctorate degrees in Psychology at Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota. I completed my postdoctoral fellowship at the University of Minnesota Department of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.
