Your world, once so steady, has been upended by a death, a health diagnosis, a crumbling marriage, or any of midlife's devastations. Things are no longer the same, and you're not sure you are either. Waves of overwhelm keep coming at you, and all the things that usually help aren't helping nearly enough anymore. Despite being a smart, successful, and self-aware woman who always (!) knows what to do, you're now left feeling profoundly disoriented. Mostly, it's all feeling like entirely too much.
My Approach to Helping
Even though you didn't ask for ANY of this, life's hardest moments offer an invitation to rediscover yourself, reconnect with your life, and move forward with increased clarity, hard-earned meaning, and a deep sense of fulfillment. I know, because I see it every day. My work is devoted to helping support women just like you, in times just like these. To you, I extend a warm invitation to do this profound work of a lifetime.
