About My Clients
Therapy should be a stimulating and engaging experience, helping one to reach greater levels of well being and self-understanding. I work with those struggling with mental health concerns, relationship issues or families struggling with adolescent related conflicts. My main goal is for you to leave my office feeling prepared to tackle whatever issue life throws your way. Treatment can be brief and solution-focused, or more intensive for those who wish to dig deeper!
My Background and Approach
I currently work in private practice and research. My main areas of research are cultural anthropology, Jungian, transpersonal and forensic psychology.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My background is in cultural anthropology and alternative healing methods, such as shamanism. I have over 20 years of experience working within the Afro-Caribbean religious system of Ifa/Ocha.
