About My Clients
I specialize in supporting young adults through life transitions—starting college, changing careers, managing relationships, becoming a parent, or navigating new independence. Your twenties and thirties (and beyond) can feel exciting, overwhelming, and uncertain. If life feels messy, you’re not alone. I’m here to help you make sense of your experiences, explore who you’re becoming, and move forward with clarity, confidence, and self-compassion.
My Background and Approach
Because each individual is unique, I tailor my therapeutic approach to meet the specific needs, goals, and preferences of the person I'm working with. I view therapy as a collaborative process grounded in curiosity, compassion, and respect. My work is rooted in a strengths-based perspective—helping clients recognize and build on their existing capacities for growth and resilience. I draw from a range of techniques from evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), and Mindfulness-Based interventions. Integrating these approaches allows me to support clients in increasing self-awareness and identifying patterns, and provide practical tools to navigate life’s challenges more effectively.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that real growth begins with a strong, trusting therapeutic relationship. My goal is to offer a safe, supportive space where you feel genuinely seen, heard, and accepted—just as you are. In our work together, we’ll explore what’s going on beneath the surface, tap into your inner strengths, and build practical tools to help you move toward a more meaningful and fulfilling life.
