About My Clients

Many of my clients are neurodivergent women—often navigating ADHD or late-identified neurodivergence—who feel overwhelmed trying to keep up with work, relationships, and daily life. You may have spent years masking, over-functioning, or holding everything together, only to feel burned out and unsure how to move forward. I also work with couples navigating communication challenges, identity shifts, and the impact of neurodivergence or trauma on their relationship.

My Background and Approach

I bring over 10 years of experience working with individuals and couples, with a focus on neurodivergence, trauma, relationships, and sexuality. My background includes work in research, which helps me stay thoughtful and informed, as well as training in CBT, behavioral approaches, and social skills development for neurodivergent individuals—allowing me to offer practical tools that actually translate into daily life. I also have experience supporting LGBTQ+ individuals and couples, as well as providing sex education and exploring sexuality in neurodivergent populations. This means I’m comfortable holding complex, layered experiences around identity, relationships, and communication, and can support you in navigating them with clarity and care.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe therapy should be affirming, collaborative, and grounded in respect for each person’s lived experience. I’m committed to disability justice, neurodiversity-affirming care, and supporting clients in building lives that work for them—not forcing themselves to fit into systems that don’t. I’m an LGBTQ+ ally and am actively involved in local disability rights communities, women’s empowerment spaces, and volunteer work with Planned Parenthood. These values shape how I show up in my work and the kind of space I strive to create—one that is inclusive, thoughtful, and deeply respectful of identity and autonomy. Outside of my work, I enjoy gardening and caring for the animals on my homestead, which helps me stay grounded and connected to slower, more intentional rhythms of life.
