About My Clients
A good fit is someone who’s doing their best to navigate a demanding season of life—yet feels overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from the version of themselves they want to be. They’re thoughtful, reflective, and open to the idea that growth happens through genuine connection. Whether they’re managing ADHD, adjusting to pregnancy or new parenthood, struggling with relationships, or moving through a major life transition, they’re ready for support that feels collaborative rather than direct
My Background and Approach
I’m a relational therapist who believes growth happens through connection, curiosity, and understanding your lived experiences. My background includes training and experience in working with perinatal mental health, ADHD, and interpersonal dynamics, and I support clients who feel overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck in unhelpful patterns. In our work, we slow down and explore what’s beneath the surface—your emotions, beliefs, and relational patterns—so you can build insight and create meaningful change. We will also identify strategies and tools for navigating your challenges that fit who you are. I show up with warmth, presence, and collaboration, offering a space where you can be honest, supported, and understood. My goal is to help you build clarity, self-trust, and ease as you navigate what matters most.
