About My Clients
You’re insightful, self-aware, and doing your best—but something still feels off. Maybe you’re struggling with anxiety, self-doubt, perfectionism, or healing from past trauma. You might be navigating relationships, big life changes, or learning to trust yourself again. If you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of your next step, I’m here to help. Together, we’ll create a space where you can gain clarity, confidence, and the tools to live a life that truly feels like yours.
My Background and Approach
I’m a licensed therapist with extensive experience supporting women and young adults through anxiety, trauma, perfectionism, and life transitions. My approach blends Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) with elements of DBT, CBT, and Motivational Interviewing. With a warm and strengths-based style, I empower clients to trust their intuition, break free from self-doubt, and build resilience. Whether we’re addressing past trauma, setting healthy boundaries, or redefining success on your terms, my goal is to help you move forward with confidence. If you’re looking for a therapist who balances deep compassion with practical strategies, I’d love to work with you.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy should be a place where you feel seen, heard, and truly understood. My work is deeply rooted in the values of empowerment, authenticity, and self-trust. I take a feminist, trauma-informed approach, helping women and young adults reconnect with their intuition and build a life that aligns with their values. I’m passionate about mental health advocacy and believe everyone deserves access to compassionate, high-quality care. Outside of therapy, I’m an animal lover, coffee enthusiast, and advocate for self-compassion in all areas of life. I also create mental health content to break stigma and provide accessible support. Whether you’re seeking healing, clarity, or a stronger connection with yourself, I’m here to support you. Therapy is a journey, and you don’t have to walk it alone. Let’s take this step together.
