About My Clients
I enjoy working with a variety of people motivated for change including fellow clinicians, veterans, spiritual and creative types including musicians, artists and explorers. Many of my clients have presenting issues such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, communication concerns, C-PTSD, veterans, narcissistic abuse recovery.
My Background and Approach
I am a licensed clinical counselor with advanced specialization in the treatment of trauma, anxiety and abuse recovery, I am certified in EMDR and in Hypnotherapy.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
We live in a time of great change. Stress, anxiety, depression, the struggle to be authentic, feeling like you are walking on eggshells, sadness and confusion are all things I am hearing my clients tell me they currently struggle with. Relationship or childhood trauma often presents in this arena and can leave one feeling depleted. Gaining perspective can be a powerful tool in examining yourself and the dynamics of your relationships with others. I utilize a holistic approach, encompassing mind, body and spirit to help you address your concerns.
