I assist my clients in discovering their natural sense of self-worth. The most important relationship you will ever have in your life is the one that you have with yourself. My clients rediscover and nourish this relationship and work toward growing it into self-acceptance and self-love.

Many clients come to me holding a lot of confusion or doubt regarding their since of a "higher power". I assist my client in exploring their personal beliefs, morals, and values while helping them to realize the impact of these things on their daily life. To those who are open and interested, I provide education and support in strengthening their relationship to their own soul and the Universe that is supporting it along the way.

Acceptance and Commitment therapy supports the client in accepting their current state and experiences while also working toward goals of growth and change. I help my clients to find acceptance of themselves and their lives while reaching their goals and dreams.

Being comfortable living in the present moment is a skill that many people struggle within our current society. I assist my clients in discovering peace and healing within the present moment and detachment from the past or worries of the future.

I treat my clients as a whole person rather then a diagnosis. I see the importance of addressing all areas of a person's health and wellbeing, including their mental and emotional health but also social, physical, spiritual, and occupational health as well. All of these life areas interact and impact on another, so I find the counseling experience to be most effective when all areas are in a state of growth.

The world that we ae currently living in can be stressful and overwhelming. Experiences of stress and anxiety are at an all time high. I know what it feels like because I myself have struggled with anxiety in the past. So I am here to support my clients in learning how to most effectively manage their experience of anxiety while also helping them to live their lives despite those anxious feelings.

Often times, the situations that women (or really all non cis male persons) experience on a daily basis are not set up to help us succeed. We must jump through more hoops, move around more obstacles, and expend more energy every day to get to where we want to be. By working with me, you will learn how to more effectively live as a non-male in this society. Allow me to help you learn how to harness your feminine power rather than see it as a hinderance.
