Rebecca Guido (she/her)

Becky Guido is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) based in Denver, Colorado, serving clients in both Colorado and Texas. She began her career in mental health in 2006, working with young adults on the autism spectrum. This early experience sparked a deep passion for the field and led her to pursue a career in counseling. Becky earned her Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling from Capella University in 2014 and has since provided care across a variety of settings in both Texas and Colorado. She is also a Certified ADHD Clinical Services Provider, with specialized training in supporting individuals navigating attention and executive functioning challenges. Becky has worked with a variety of clients from trauma survivors to clients with severe mental illness to clients looking to enhance their wellness practice. Clients have also utilized services to explore new paths in life such as transitioning to a new career or making transitions in life.

I was born and raised on the East Coast before making my way to Colorado, an experience that has shaped my perspective and deepened my appreciation for diverse backgrounds and lived experiences. I am a proud ally of the LGBTQIA+ community and a strong advocate for human rights, and I strive to create an inclusive, affirming space for all clients. I believe therapy is one of the most holistic and effective ways to help individuals find relief, clarity, and meaningful change in their lives. Each person’s story is unique, and it is essential to me that treatment is tailored to your individual goals, values, and needs rather than a one-size-fits-all approach. My style is direct, compassionate, and collaborative. I value honesty and believe that growth often comes from gently challenging patterns while feeling fully supported. Above all, I prioritize creating a safe, respectful environment where you can show up as your authentic self and feel empowered in the therapeutic process.
