About My Clients
I have over a decade of experience working with a variety of clients, in a variety of settings. Currently, I work with adults, couples, and families; helping my clients grow resilience after past trauma or attachment ruptures, finding discernment during life transitions, providing a soft landing space for clients processing grief and assisting clients in developing the skills and emotional attunement to establish and maintain fulfilling relationships.
My Background and Approach
Therapy with me is a collaborative journey. I am committed to tailoring the experience to your unique needs and goals; helping you navigate life's complexities with understanding and empathy. Whether in person or via telehealth, I strive to create a safe collaborative environment for individuals, couples, families, and groups that is client-centered, neuro-affirming, and trauma-informed. My sessions combine the clarity of CBT, the forward momentum of Solution-Focused therapy, the centered awareness of mindfulness, the depth of Psychodynamic insight and the connection-fostering elements of attachment-based therapy. These tools can be used to foster emotional resilience, personal insight, fulfilling relationships and positive change.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
At a personal level, I believe that the relationships we create and nurture - whether with our partners, family, friends and/or community at large - provide the most meaningful avenue amplifying our most deeply held values and beliefs. For me, this looks like giving my time to various organizations that support causes such as the social-emotional development of our youth, supporting struggling members of our community and promoting environmental stewardship through sustainability and conservation efforts.
