About My Clients

Many of my clients tell me they are making it through their days, but their worry and stress make it almost impossible to just enjoy the moment and relax. They worry so much that it can keep them up at night and it is making things difficult in their relationships.
My Background and Approach
In addition to anxiety and depression, I work with people who are experiencing low self-worth, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I also provide care to people going through grief, parenting concerns, and identity exploration. I offer compassionate and encouraging collaboration so that you can reflect and feel safe to express yourself. Together we will explore what is weighing you down so you can move toward relief and greater peace.
