About My Clients
My clients are the former high achievers or workaholics who have always “thrived with a packed schedule”, but who are realizing that maybe all of that running around was masking other issues. Many of my clients are late or self diagnosed as neurodivergent, are learning to unmask for the first time, and are looking for support as they make changes in life. My Background and Approach
My approach blends elements of mindfulness, body awareness, neurobiology, and trauma-informed care. I have training in an array of therapeutic approaches including Narrative Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, CBT, and Trauma Treatment. I am committed to providing a nonjudgmental space for connection, change, and growth.
