About My Clients
You or your teen may feel overwhelmed by life changes—graduation, shifting family dynamics, friendships, or loss. It can feel like no one understands the stress of growing up or navigating grief. I work with teens, young adults, and families to process these transitions, strengthen relationships, and build resilience. Whether you’re struggling with uncertainty, grief, or family tension, therapy offers a space to explore, heal, and move forward with confidence.
My Background and Approach
I'm a marriage and family therapy intern specializing in grief, life transitions, and family relationships. With experience in both adult and adolescent outpatient settings, I provide individual, family, and couples therapy to help clients navigate challenges with clarity and connection. My approach is warm, collaborative, and rooted in narrative therapy, helping clients explore their stories and find meaning in difficult moments. I also integrate ACT skills to support emotional flexibility and resilience. For teens and young adults, therapy is a space to process change, identity, and relationships in a supportive, non-judgmental environment. For families, I help improve communication, bridge generational gaps, and navigate grief together. I offer low-priced in-person and telehealth sessions and a free 15-minute consultation to help you get started. Let’s take the first step toward healing—together.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that healing happens in connection—with ourselves, our families, and our communities. As a systemic therapist, I consider the broader cultural, relational, and societal contexts that shape our experiences. I recognize that every family and individual has their own unique story, and I strive to create an affirming, inclusive space for clients of all backgrounds. I am an LGBTQ+ ally and committed to providing therapy that is gender-affirming and culturally competent. I believe that teens and young adults thrive when they feel truly seen and supported—both in therapy and at home. That’s why my work often involves helping families strengthen communication and build understanding, ensuring that kids, teens, and caregivers feel more connected. Above all, I believe in meeting clients where they are, without judgment, and that everyone has the ability to grow and create a meaningful path forward. If you're ready to explore how therapy can support you, reach out—I’d love to connect.
