About My Clients
Do you ever say, "geez, I just don't feel like myself", wake up with that anxious feelings, or realize you can't stop worrying? You don't have to force through and live with the discomfort! The majority of my practice supports individuals who identify as female around anxiety, grief, depression, self-esteem, life stage adjustment, and perinatal or maternal mental health related challenges. Many are interested in EMDR or Cognitive Behavior therapies and report positive outcomes. Let's chat!

In a safe, supportive, positive environment we will work to identify unhelpful patterns and create new ways of thinking to improve emotions, perceptions, or challenges that may be impeding you from living your best life. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Everyone goes through life accumulating experiences and feelings. Sometimes these stick around and lead to discomfort or maladaptive relationship interactions. You know yourself best and have the ability to feel better. Sometimes we just need someone to walk with us. I am accepting of all individuals, because each of us matter and have a place in this world.
