We work with couples, individuals and teens. We work with LGBTQ clients as well as people needing help to get out of a bad situation. Family dynamics are our specialty! We also work with people who have anxiety and depression.
My Background and Approach
I am trained in Gottman level II marriage training, affair certified and EMDR certified for trauma work.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
It is our personal belief that we can help anyone who really truly wants it. The hardest part is stepping forward to get that help. The average person waits 7 years before they get help, then they realize the problem is not getting better on it's own. Make the first step forward and get the help you have been needing.
