My Background and Approach
I use a positive psychology and strengths-based approach. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Schema therapy, and Mindfulness. These approaches help bring awareness to the ways that our thought patterns influence our emotions and behavior. Once we are aware of these patterns, we can be empowered to change them.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I always strive to make my therapy office a space of healing and hope for patients who have been misunderstood or mistreated. Having someone to talk to who really listens and understands the challenges you are going through can make suffering much easier to bear.
