About My Clients

I work best with teens, young adults, and parents navigating ADHD, school stress, emotional regulation, and low self-esteem. My ideal clients may feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to move forward. Whether you're a teen trying to manage school and emotions or a parent feeling frustrated and helpless, I provide a supportive space and real-world tools to help you feel more confident, connected, and in control.

My Background and Approach

I’m a licensed therapist with a Master’s in School Counseling and Clinical Mental Health, a background in education, and over 13 years of experience working with teens, young adults, and families. I’ve been a classroom teacher, a school counselor, and an in-patient therapist, so I understand both the academic and emotional pressures young people face today. My specialties include ADHD, school-related stress, emotional regulation, and low self-esteem. I also support parents who feel overwhelmed or disconnected from their child. I bring a practical, strengths-based, and neurodivergent-affirming approach to therapy—blending compassionate support with strategies clients can start using right away. My goal is always to help families feel more connected, capable, and empowered to face life’s challenges with clarity and confidence.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe everyone deserves to feel seen, heard, and empowered—especially young people and families navigating complex emotional and social pressures. I’m passionate about creating an inclusive, affirming space for all clients, regardless of background. I support LGBTQ+ youth and families, advocate for mental health access, and believe in the power of early intervention to change lives. My work is rooted in compassion, equity, and respect for neurodiversity. I also care deeply about educational justice and have volunteered with youth mentoring programs to help students thrive beyond the classroom. Outside of therapy, I value community, creativity, and building authentic relationships. I believe healing happens through connection, and it’s an honor to walk alongside clients as they gain confidence, strengthen their voice, and work toward the life they want.
