About My Clients
I have experience working with teens who are struggling with eating disorders in a residential setting, addressing disordered eating and negative body image as well as depression, trauma, and anxiety. I also work with individuals going through life transitions and relationship struggles, along with anxiety and depression. I believe that clients thrive when they feel safe and supported, and my goal is to provide that space where personal growth can be achieved.
My Background and Approach
My approach to therapy is all about meeting you where you are and walking alongside you on your journey. I believe healing and personal growth happen best when we work together in a way that feels supportive and meaningful to you. With a background in Clinical Forensic Psychology and Mental Health Counseling, I’ve had the privilege of working with people of all ages, from children to adults, navigating challenges like stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, and major life transitions. I have a special focus on supporting individuals (and their families) who are struggling with eating disorders, negative body image, trauma, and anxiety. I draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches, such as CBT, CPT, and DBT, in order to create a personalized experience that fits your unique needs. My goal is to create a warm, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where you feel truly seen and supported as you take steps toward healing and growth.
