My Background and Approach
I have experience and enjoy working with adults interested in building authentic connections in interpersonal relationships, and changing intergenerational patterns. My treatment approach includes attachment theory, trauma-informed, psychoanalytic, cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness-based, strengths-based, and internal family system interventions.
