My Background and Approach
As a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I bring over eight years of experience in diverse settings, including inpatient psychiatry, outpatient clinics, nursing homes, and rehabilitation centers. I began my healthcare journey in 2015 and earned my Master of Science in Nursing with a concentration in mental health from Norwich University. My specialties include treating anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma, addiction, OCD, and Bipolar Disorder. I am also experienced in working with children, adolescents, and individuals with intellectual disabilities. I provide holistic, patient-centered care that incorporates evidence-based treatments and collaborative goal-setting.
