About My Clients
I specialize in working with individuals living with chronic illness and/or pain, athletes, young adults, and college students. As someone living with a chronic illness, I understand what it’s like to navigate complex conditions, find answers, and experience feelings of dismissal. I also enjoy working with athletes and understand the unique stressors and pressures they may face surrounding performance. My goal is to break the stigma around seeking mental health help among athletes.
My Background and Approach
I have experience working with many concerns. I have participated in intensive training for OCD, sports psychology, supporting athletes' mental health, supporting individuals with chronic illness and/or pain, life transitions, grief, Acceptance and Commitment therapy, Positive Psychology, and more. I also enjoy working with couples navigating communication concerns, parenting, differences in values, and premarital work. I create an affirming space where everyone who walks through my door feels seen, heard, and supported without judgment. I am the kind of therapist who will build a genuine relationship with you and who is not afraid to challenge you to support your growth. I believe that everyone has the strength within themselves to grow, and I will root for you every step of the way.
