I understand that beginning therapy can feel intimidating, so I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can speak openly about your thoughts and experiences. My approach is collaborative and client-centered—I believe you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to guide, support, and empower you as we work toward your goals. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Seeking Safety, and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT).
