About My Clients
I work with adolescents and adults to identify strategies to manage their stress, anxiety, and depression. I also provide a safe space for my clients to engage in self-exploration regarding life transitions. With couples and families, I help them work on strengthening their relationships, managing conflict, and improving their communication.
My Background and Approach
I have over 13 years of experience working in the mental health field. I frequently use CBT, Mindfulness, and Narrative Therapy in my practice, although I am well versed in several types of therapy and will incorporate elements of each from time to time. During your first session, we'll explore what brought you to therapy and discuss the most appropriate ways to help you reach your goals.
