Frustrated with therapy sessions filled with trite phrases, artificial sentiments and clichés that don’t result in solutions? Traditional therapeutic lines like “tell me how that makes you feel” don’t always work with high-achievers. You spend your days seeing through others’ BS, that shouldn’t be part of your therapy. Many of my former clients have felt that other therapists did not understand a component of their sexuality.
My Background and Approach
As an AASECT-certified sex therapist, I have completed over 150 hours of post-graduate training in sexuality. As a result, you can trust that I have a working knowledge of a variety of sexual issues, expressions, and desires. I integrate talk therapy with mindfulness techniques and lifestyle changes to comprehensively address your mental health concern. We will talk openly and honestly about your history to help you find your footing and gain insight into the right next step for you. As a result of our partnership, you will have a plan to begin working towards achieving your emotional health goals. I offer telehealth visits to people in Tennessee. We can talk in an environment that is comfortable and convenient for you without excess time away from your life. Because I am invested in your growth, I also provide regular check-ins between sessions for concerns that come up outside of our time together.
