About My Clients
I work with adults and teens who may be navigating anxiety, depression, school or work stress, relationship concerns, self-esteem challenges, life transitions, identity, or personal growth. Whether you’re working through a specific challenge or simply want to better understand yourself, therapy can give you space to explore what you’re experiencing and identify ways to move forward.
My Background and Approach
My approach is collaborative and client-centered. I help clients better understand themselves, develop practical coping strategies, and feel empowered to apply what they learn both in and outside of therapy. I believe therapy should be a space where you can be open about what you’re experiencing without feeling judged, while also building skills and confidence that extend beyond the therapy room.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
During our first session, we’ll take time to get to know each other, discuss what brings you to therapy, and talk about what you hope to work toward. I’ll ask questions to better understand your background and concerns while giving you space to share what feels most important to you. Together, we’ll begin identifying your goals and explore approaches that may be helpful. Most importantly, the first session is an opportunity to build a comfortable, collaborative relationship and create a plan that feels meaningful and realistic for you.
