I focuses on establishing a therapeutic relationship to provide mental and emotional healing using interventions based on current developments in the field of psychology and neurobiology. I regularly attend workshops and training to update my therapeutic skills. I am an avid gardener and practice counseling similar to gardening. I believes that each person is unique and, in a secure environment, when willing to work towards self-healing, has the potential to grow into an emotionally, intellectually, and socially mature and compassionate individual. In free time I enjoy reading, knitting, traveling, gardening, learning languages, and walking.
