My Background and Approach
Hi! I’m Raquisha Bing, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I approach therapy with compassion, empathy, and a non-judgmental heart. I truly believe that the answers that we seek are already within us and sometimes, we just need a little support to uncover them. My goal is to help you reconnect with your own strength, trust your inner wisdom, and build confidence in your ability to grow and heal. I’m trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Hypnosis. Additionally I use a variety of evidence-based approaches tailored to your needs — including Trauma-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Holistic Therapy, Strength-Based Therapy, Psychoeducation and Attachment-Based Therapy.
