About My Clients
I work with young adults, adults, and college students navigating anxiety, trauma, and life transitions—especially those impacted by childhood experiences, cultural identity exploration, or high-functioning ADHD and autism.
My Background and Approach
As a Mexican-American clinician, I understand how cultural identity, family dynamics, and lived experience shape the way we view ourselves and move through the world. My style is supportive, collaborative, and grounded in genuine care. My approach integrates CBT, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care, and I practice under supervision as an LPC-Associate. I strive to support clients in developing greater self-understanding, emotional regulation, and confidence in navigating their lives.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
At our core, we all long to feel seen, heard, and understood — especially in the places where we have felt overlooked, hurt, or silenced. I provide a safe, compassionate space where your experiences are honored and your story is held with care. Trauma can shape how we see ourselves, others, and the world. It can impact our relationships, emotions, and sense of safety. Together, we will move at your pace, gently exploring patterns, building emotional regulation skills, and strengthening your connection to yourself. Healing does not mean forcing change before you are ready. It means creating safety, developing awareness, and learning that growth can happen without shame. You deserve support as you reclaim your voice, your boundaries, and your sense of peace.
