About My Clients
My clients are youth and adults navigating the impact of trauma, depression, or anxiety. They often feel stuck between who they were and who they want to become. Together, we focus on understanding their story, building emotional awareness, and developing tools for healing and confidence. Therapy becomes a safe space to explore, grow, and reclaim their sense of self.
My Background and Approach
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience in the mental health field and 4 years of clinical practice. I’ve spent most of my career supporting children, teens, and young adults as they work through trauma, depression, and anxiety. My approach is collaborative and rooted in evidence-based care, drawing from DBT, EMDR, CBT principles. I believe healing happens through understanding, trust, and practical tools that empower change both inside and outside the therapy room. Together, we create a space where clients can feel seen, learn to regulate emotions, and build resilience at their own pace. My goal is to help each person develop the skills and confidence to move forward with clarity, strength, and self-compassion.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe healing begins when people feel seen for who they truly are. I’m passionate about supporting clients from diverse and minority backgrounds, honoring the unique challenges they face.
