My Background and Approach
I am a provisionally licensed therapist trained in evidence-based approaches such as CBT and DBT, along with somatic practices to help manage stress and emotional intensity. I support adults dealing with anxiety, depression, challenging thought patterns, substance use, borderline personality traits, trauma, relationships, and life transitions. My goal is to help you gain insight, build coping skills, and develop resilience. Every session is tailored to your unique needs to ensure the work we do is practical and meaningful.
