I work with adults navigating personality traits, including borderline personality traits. I’ll support you in learning skills to manage emotions, improve relationships, and create stability, all while honoring your unique experiences and strengths.

If explore what triggers your worries, learn practical tools to manage stress, and build skills that help you feel more calm, confident, and in control in your day to day life.

If you’re struggling with depression, I’m here to help you understand what’s happening and find ways to lighten the load. Together, we’ll explore thought patterns, build coping strategies, and create practical steps toward feeling more like yourself again.

I use CBT to help you notice how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are connected. Together, we’ll identify patterns that may be holding you back and practice tools to shift them. My goal is to give you practical skills you can use in everyday life to manage stress, mood, and challenges more effectively.

DBT is helpful if you’re navigating strong emotions or relationship challenges. I’ll support you in building skills like mindfulness, emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness so you can feel more balanced, in control, and confident in handling life’s ups and downs.

I use MBCT to help you step back from negative thought patterns and develop a greater sense of awareness and calm. By combining mindfulness practices with cognitive strategies, we work together to notice thoughts without judgment and respond in ways that reduce stress, prevent relapse, and support emotional balance. This approach can help you feel more present, grounded, and resilient in your daily life.
