My clients are individuals ready to heal from past wounds, including codependency, narcissistic abuse, or attachment challenges. They may struggle with anxiety, depression, low self-worth, or relationship difficulties and are seeking a safe, compassionate space to explore their emotions, reconnect with their authentic self, and break free from old patterns. They value growth, self-awareness, and a collaborative therapeutic journey.
My Background and Approach
I provide professional, trauma informed therapy in Fort Myers, Florida, with a focus on codependency, narcissistic abuse recovery, attachment wounds, and inner child healing. I work with individuals, couples, and groups navigating anxiety, depression, PTSD, grief, low self-worth, relationship struggles, and life transitions. My approach blends Reality Therapy, CBT, DBT, and EFT to help clients reconnect with their authentic selves, improve emotional regulation, and build secure, healthy relationships. I offer a grounded, supportive space where clients can safely explore past wounds, break free from old patterns, and rediscover self-trust. For clients who wish to integrate their faith into therapy, I provide faith based Christian counseling upon request. I earned my M.A. in Counseling from HELP University in Malaysia and a B.A. in Psychology and Marketing from Upper Iowa University.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe the therapeutic process is a sacred space for transformation, where your story is heard, your pain is honored, and your healing is possible. I see therapy as a collaborative journey, not a one size fits all solution. Real growth happens when you feel safe to be seen without judgment and supported enough to explore the parts of yourself you may have hidden or buried. Everyone has the capacity for healing and self-discovery, and my role is to walk alongside you, helping you reconnect with your authentic self, rebuild self-trust, and live in alignment with your truth.
