About My Clients
I've been working to help people get better and learn about themselves for close to 2 decades now. I fully believe in my client's abilities to grow and achieve their goals. Often times they have been doing their best and just need some added support. Sometimes people need a full life rebuild I can and will be there for the entire time until they don't need me anymore. If you suffer with substance issues, depression, anxiety other mood issues. I use modern and clinical techniques to help.
My Background and Approach
I use a humanistic approach to working with my clients. I want to get to know them on a personal level. I want to see the work through their eyes so that we can together build goals for them. Using well proven techniques employing CBT and REBT to help the building of new and healthier behaviors at a pace decided by the client. Progress and be as rapid or building as the client sees the need. There are many roads to success and being able to help people find their own path forward is where I believe therapy come into play. If the client is ready, I'm ready. If the client just needs an open ear and not to feel judged or dismissed, I'm there.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that we are all of great value. Reaching out to the person in need is my calling. I've seen firsthand what it is like to not of the majority. What it is like to feel outcast and judged. There have been times in my own life when I needed help, and someone was there reaching back to help me. I want to continue to be there for those who really need someone to believe in the underdog.
